Advanced Phone Cleaner registered with Innovana Techlabs Ltd., ("Advanced Phone Cleaner", “App”, “Application”, "We", “Us” or “Our”) believes to be transparent in regards to the use, collection and sharing of personal data of our customers. • BLUETOOTH/ BLUETOOTH_ADMIN- This permission is needed to display the Bluetooth status ON/OFF in Device Information module of the app.
• CHANGE_WIFI_STATE/ INTERNET/ ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE/ ACCESS_WIFI_STATE- This permission is required whenever the app needs to access the internet.
• CLEAR_APP_CACHE- This permission is basically required to clean junk files when a user uses the Junk Cleaner module.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/ READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE- To access media and files when Junk Cleaner, Social Cleaner, File Manager, Duplicates Cleaner or the Anti-Malware module of the app is used, this permission is needed.
• GET_PACKAGE_SIZE- This permission is needed to read the size of the apps in the Junk Cleaner module.
• REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES- This lets the Advanced Phone Cleaner to uninstall apps in Application Manager and malicious apps in Anti-Malware module.
• EXPAND_STATUS_BAR- This permission is required to expand the notification channel automatically on enabling the Widgetio's search widget.(This permission is no longer required from app version 1.0.78 and above.)

2. What Is The Information Which is Collected by Us?

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Personally Identifiable Information (PII), is the information that distinguishes the unique identity of an individual or persistently stored within a mobile device or application. We only collect specific PII that is required to install the application. It includes:

• Device Serial Number: We collect this specific information to potentially identify the unique user. This Application may track users by storing a device unique identifier, for analytics purposes or for storing User’s preferences.
• IP Address: We collect this information to potentially identify the unique user. This Application may track users by storing a device unique identifier, for analytics purposes or for storing User’s preferences.
• Email Address: We collect this information ONLY to revert the user when they contact us via the Feedback option of the app or through the contact form of our website
• Name: We collect this information ONLY when the user contacts us via the contact form of our website.

Non Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

Non Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII) is the information such as the type of operating system and application build that you use. Non-PII is used to troubleshoot the issues of any user. Advanced Phone Cleaner collects the following non-PII:

• Device Manufacturer, model and build information
• Operating System, OS version, Language

Advanced Phone Cleaner also uses a third-party, Google/Firebase Analytics library, to anonymously collect the data regarding various activities of the user within our app and app related Push Notifications. This helps us to figure out the features used and to enhance the quality of our app. This information is not used for third- party marketing purposes.

Information Collected Through Third-Parties

Our application or website may include links to other websites or content from third-party businesses. However, we are not responsible for the policies practiced by these third parties. We do not exercise any control or access over any technologies used by them. We persistently employ the third party analytics services to track the frequency of installs and duration of use of the application. a. Information Collected Through Widgetio Services (This service is no longer available from app version 1.0.78 and above.)

Widgetio: the Search Widget that appears in the notification bar upon app install. This widget can be enabled/disabled from the application itself and also can be customized as per user's need.

b. Automatically Captured Information (This service is no longer available from app version 1.0.78 and above.)

Widgetio automatically collects information from your device when you use its Services. This information may include your IP address, your browser type, and language and other browser-related information, a time-stamp, the keyword query, search query text, search results clicked, pages viewed, search history, the content of any of our undeleted cookies, including a unique identifier, software installed upon and/or devices connected to your device, and the referring website address.

c. Other Technologies (This service is no longer available from app version 1.0.78 and above.)

Widgetio may use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons, cookies, and other similar technologies, to track your use of the Widgetio Services. Web beacons are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of sites. The information they obtain in this manner enables them to customize the services they offer as part of the Widgetio Services for the users.

d. Information Collected By Third-Parties and Behavioral Advertising on the Widgetio Services (This service is no longer available from app version 1.0.78 and above.)

They may allow third parties, including their authorized service providers, advertising companies, and ad networks, to display advertisements or place ad tags or beacons on or via Widgetio Services. These companies may use tracking technologies, such as cookies, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements. They may also use information collected by these third parties to better understand the users, their interests, how they use our products, improve and customize our products, and deliver ads targeted to you (either on the Widgetio Services or on other websites whether or not owned and operated by them).

3. Best way to Use, Store and Share the Collected Information and Data?

All the collected data mentioned in Section 2, is stored on our servers and is used to understand the trends and patterns to design our application so that we can improve the user experience. The different information we collect helps us to analyze how our product is being used. This Application may track Users by storing unique identifiers on their device, for analytics purposes or for storing Users' preferences. We never share the collected information with others, not even with any third-party.

In addition to the purpose described in Section 2, we use email addresses of the users to share notifications about the use of Advanced Phone Cleaner app, announcements of new features or new products. We use non-PII to evaluate the use of the app in order to provide the improved quality of current and future products.

Regardless of the type of collected data, Advanced Phone Cleaner will never share any data or personal information with any third-parties.

Analytics

The services included under this section allow the Owner to track and analyze the traffic of the app. This allows the app to track user behavior and response to the app.

Google Analytics/Firebase (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a website analytics service which is offered to the user by Google.com. Google utilizes the collected data to track and analyze the use of our Application. It prepares reports on its activities and shares them with other Google services. This collected information is used by Google to contextualize and personalize the ads for its marketing purposes.

We may disclose the collected information in response to court order, subpoena or other applicable law. To the degree permitted by applicable law, we may also disclose PII if required by a law enforcement agency or other public agency’s request or to prevent instigation of a crime, facilitate an investigation which can be related to public safety, protect the child’s safety, protect the security or integrity of our application or website, or entitle us to take precautions against liability.

If we merge or transfer business, sell all or part of our business, sell our assets, we may transfer PII and non- PII to the third party as part of that particular transaction, but only to an extent which is permitted by applicable law. Finally, we may transfer and store PII and non-PII outside the area of the jurisdiction of the Advanced Phone Cleaner user.

5. Monetization (Advertising)

Ads services permit the use of User’s data for the purpose of advertising communication such as banner ads and other advertisements on this application, possibly based on the interest of the users. It doesn’t mean the sharing of personal data for the above purpose. We implement third party monetization SDKs in our app. They may access your information for ad optimization. The information may include GAID(Google Advertising ID on Android devices), region(precisely the location where a given language is used), IP address or location information. Our third party monetization partners are not governed by this Policy as they have their individual privacy policy which can be viewed from their websites. We have no control or access over any of the third parties. The partners we are working with include but not limited to Google AdMob(Google LLC’s monetization platform), Facebook Audience Network(monetization platform offered by Facebook, Inc.), MoPub(monetization platform of Twitter, Inc.), Smaato, etc.
