IMPORTANT:PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING Advanced Phone Cleaner. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES INFORMATION REGARDING THE ANDROID APPLICATION. IT IS A LICENSE TO PERMIT YOU USE THE APPLICATION AND IT CONTAINS INFORMATION RELATED TO ITS LIABILITY. WHENEVER YOU CLICK ON ANY INDICATOR OF ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT INSTALL THIS APPLICATION.

This EULA is a written agreement directly between you and Innovana Techlabs Ltd. or indirectly through a Innovana Techlabs Ltd. authorized reseller. It governs your procurement and Use of our Advanced Phone Cleaner (Application).

1. License Grant

1.1 Advanced Phone Cleaner grants customer a license to install the Application for free with limited functionality. You need to purchase a license key to work with all of its features.

1.2 You may uninstall this Application at any time. For this purpose, you can use the standard uninstall procedures as offered by the Google Play Store.

1.3 You are permitted to use the Advanced Phone Cleaner on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. It is a personal license and cannot be transferred and assigned without the prior consent of Innovana Techlabs Ltd..

1.4 You can download the Advanced Phone Cleaner application under your control for your mobile or tablet. You will be solely responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements of the Application.

1.5 However, a few restrictions are made, such as:

• You are not permitted to edit, modify, translate, alter, adapt or otherwise change any or the whole part of the Application.
• You cannot reproduce, distribute, copy, resell or otherwise use the Application for any commercial purpose.
• You cannot allow the use of Application by any third party on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You are not allowed to use the Application in any way which may breach any applicable local, national or international law.
• You are prohibited to use the Application for any purpose that Advanced Phone Cleaner considers as a breach of this EULA agreement.

2. Intellectual Property and Ownership

2.1 Advanced Phone Cleaner has all the rights to grant licenses to permit the use of the Application by third parties. Advanced Phone Cleaner shall always be the sole owner of the original and all the successive downloads of the Application by you.

3. Content Updates

3.1 By using this app, you agree by the terms of EULA which shares that Advanced Phone Cleaner will update its content from time to time. You shall Update the app from Google Play store.

4. Termination

4.1 In case of breach of any part of the agreement, Advanced Phone Cleaner holds the right to completely terminate this agreement without prior notice at any time.

4.2 Upon expiration and termination of this Agreement, you shall not be able to use the app and receive any updates from the Advanced Phone Cleaner application. Some or all of the application may cease to operate for you completely.

5. Privacy

5.1 Advanced Phone Cleaner delivers email, a dialogue box or certain notices through a pop-up window timely. These notifications will be received only when the Application is launched. The notices will be considered delivered on the date when Advanced Phone Cleaner makes it available through the Application (irrespective of the time you receive it).

5.2 You acknowledge the collection of certain information about the users of the Application by Advanced Phone Cleaner. You hereby agree to Advanced Phone Cleaner for the use of such collected information and accept that Advanced Phone Cleaner’ Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of such information and also that Advanced Phone Cleaner may revise the Privacy Policy from time to time.

6. Disclaimer of Damages

6.1 Advanced Phone Cleaner provides no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Advanced Phone Cleaner will not be responsible for any defect, loss of data, malfunction, or damage resulting from installation or use of any third party software from the Application under any circumstances. Such incidents cover but not limited to, files received from any third party, software version updates, or content updates during Application usage. This agreement doesn’t include any liability for the third party obligations in association with their products. In case of any dispute, they shall be addressed under a separate agreement between you and the third party in question.

7.2 In no events, Advanced Phone Cleaner will be liable for any significant indirect or similar damages such as loss of data due to the inability to use the Application, even after such possibility has been informed by Advanced Phone Cleaner earlier.

7.3 Advanced Phone Cleaner will not be liable to increase the purchase price of the application in no events.

7.4 All the disclaimers and limitations mentioned in this agreement will be applied regardless of your acceptance of the Application.

8. Governing Law

8.1 All the disputes in regards to this agreement or the EULA itself shall be governed by the Indian Laws. All the proceedings related to this agreement will be settled by the laws stated in the Indian Jurisdiction. Nevertheless, if any provision in this agreement found invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, then all the other provisions except that will continue to be valid in full force and effect. Advanced Phone Cleaner shall not dispense any term of this agreement under any circumstances.

9. General Terms

9.1 This EULA constitutes the agreement between you and Advanced Phone Cleaner. Any kind of amendment or modification to this agreement shall be made in written form and signed by the duly authorized representative of Advanced Phone Cleaner to be made effective as of the Commencement Date.
